She partners with clients in both 1:1 and group programs, guiding them every step of the way to optimize their physical and mental well-being, reclaim their health, and build sustainable habits for long-term vitality.
By blending functional, holistic, and integrative medicine, Sophia focuses on key pillars of health—including nutrition, gut health, movement, sleep, stress resilience, detoxification, and mindfulness—to support the body and mind as a whole. Sophia is a functional medicine dietitian specializing in healthspan, longevity, and mental health. She helps individuals reclaim energy, mood, and vitality through integrative, science-backed strategies that are both realistic and sustainable.
Sophia holds a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan & Longevity from the University of Southern California and has advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology and spent three years conducting neuroscience research. She also studied aging and disease research under the mentorship of longevity expert Dr. Valter Longo.
Beyond clinical care, Sophia creates practical, evidence-based content for her growing online community of 8,000+ through Instagram and Substack. She regularly leads group programs, corporate wellness workshops, retreats, and webinars on topics like functional nutrition, hormonal health, longevity, gut health, and mental well-being.
